Overwhelmed by emotions, just wanted to share about it. I'm sorry if this has been said many times before.

The music, the plot, the atmosphere, the shanties, the characters… oh wow the characters… and what an ending. I feel empty now that it's finished.

I heard so many good things about black flag I thought that my expectations would lead to disappointment, but it did not. This game is truly phenomenal.

For context: Last AC I played was the 3rd near it's launch. Due to reasons I had to stop gaming for a while back then and when I started playing again AC's rep (and ubisoft in general) went to shit.

I now understand the love and praise people gave this game. Some scenes awed me, some mesmerized me, some shanties and tavern singing-dancing made me smile. That one scene was heartbreaking and that ending was touching.

As I got older I have less and less personal time. This game reminded me why I love gaming and it took me back to a happy place in my life.
