UX Designers are now simply Designers.

The same logic applies to content designers. And if you write, well, you’re a writer. Simple, yes. But better — that’s up for debate.

The news spread quickly from X to LinkedIn. Reactions were mixed, with design Leader Andy Budd capturing the mood:

“Goodbye UX Design. It was fun while it lasted.”

It could be an overreaction, but these small shifts add up. And when they do, I start to wonder:
